In his "Beyond the Hedges Article" in the Palm Beach Daily News, Darrell Hofheinz writes about the much talked about property at 100 El Bravo Way. The article that ran Thursday, February 9th, 2012 speaks to the tremendous renovation that the late Bill Elias did at the property. " The late renovator Bill Elias, who died in 2008, so completely overhauled a historic house at 100 El Bravo Way that the Palm Beach Town Council last month refused to add it to the town's list of landmarked and protected properties." It further says in the article, that "without landmark designation, the town has no say over whether the Tropins - or any future owner - can alter the exterior of the house." The Palm Beach Daily News recently featured Christian Angle Real Estate in the sale of Casa del Sol, the late Carl E. Hirsch’s six-bedroom Mediterranean home at 1260 N. Ocean Blvd., has sold for about $7.39 million. Further proof that the summer in Florida is still prime for real estate and an indication of a strong season for Palm Beach Island Real Estate. Christian Angle acted on behalf of the buyers. |

"Imbued with Views" article in today's Palm Beach Daily News. In this article by Christine Davis, which ran February 10th, 2012, it is written that "In a town where notable properties can be cataloged by the dozen, Gertrud Turklitz's Palm Beach Regency-style house by any measure presides over one of Palm Beach's most notable sites, a wide double lot that spans the northern tip of Everglades Island."
As a firm we are excited to offer 482 Island Drive, Palm Beach for sale. The property is truly an amazing piece of real estate...and as they say 'they aren't making any more of it.' Christine Davis notes "482 Island Drive enjoys 400 feet of water frontage, with three sides facing the Intracoastal Waterway and the lagoon where water laps against the sea walls that protect Worth Avenue, the Everglades Club and its golf course. As a result, from almost any spot on the property, the views are remarkable, whether one is looking towards the northeast, the northwest, the west or the southwest." |
